Accessibility

Last updated: 6 August 2026

Our commitment

Verio is designed to be accessible to everyone, including people with sight, hearing, mobility, cognitive or learning disabilities. Accessibility is not a theme we switch on โ€” it is part of how we build.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for every supported workflow, not only public pages. Where you need a reasonable adjustment beyond technical conformance, we will work with you to provide it.

What we already provide

How we test

Automated tools find only part of the problem. Our release checks include manual keyboard, screen-reader, zoom and reflow testing, together with testing by disabled users. Inaccessible third-party components and generated documents are treated as product defects.

Feedback

We want to hear from you โ€” whether you found something that does not work, or have a suggestion. You do not need to use technical language.

Tell us what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and the device and browser you use. We will acknowledge your message promptly, offer an accessible workaround where one is available, and let you know the outcome.
