Our commitment

Verio is designed to be accessible to everyone, including people with sight, hearing, mobility, cognitive or learning disabilities. Accessibility is not a theme we switch on — it is part of how we build.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for every supported workflow, not only public pages. Where you need a reasonable adjustment beyond technical conformance, we will work with you to provide it.

What we already provide

• • A Display & accessibility panel in every portal — choose a light, dark or high-contrast theme, resize text, widen spacing, reduce motion and switch on a simplified view. Your settings are remembered on your device.
• • Read aloud — uses your device's own voice and never starts by itself. It pauses to warn you before reading pages that may hold sensitive records.
• • Full keyboard support — every task can be completed without a mouse, with visible focus rings and a skip-to-content link.
• • Colours, icons and labels that work together — information is never communicated by colour alone.
• • High-contrast text and sufficiently large touch targets for comfortable use at high magnification and without colour perception.

How we test

Automated tools find only part of the problem. Our release checks include manual keyboard, screen-reader, zoom and reflow testing, together with testing by disabled users. Inaccessible third-party components and generated documents are treated as product defects.
