AI in Verio drafts, suggests and connects. It never decides alone. Every action an AI suggests — a message to send, a record to update, a workflow to start — is reviewed and approved by a named person before anything happens. The person stays accountable, and the audit trail records exactly what the AI suggested and what the human approved.
Your records are your records. Verio does not use customer data to train third-party or external AI models, and never will. AI features run against your own service's data, in context, to answer and draft for you — not to feed a shared model.
Care records stay UK-hosted, encrypted in transit and at rest, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Access follows least-privilege permissions, and every AI interaction is logged to the audit trail.
We test for bias, keep a named clinician and data-protection lead on our AI governance, and build in clear "off" switches so services can control how much AI assists. Predictions are framed as alerts for a person to act on — never as certainty.
